How Nanflo Dream collects, uses and protects the information you share with us.
1. Data collected
We collect the information you voluntarily provide through our forms (name, WhatsApp number, e-mail, need): contact form, chatbot pre-qualification form, appointment booking. No sensitive data is collected without your explicit consent.
2. How your data is used
Your data is used solely to respond to your request, follow up with you, and offer a solution suited to your need. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
3. Legal basis and compliance
Processing of your data is governed by Ivorian law n°2013-450 on the protection of personal data, under the oversight of ARTCI (Côte d'Ivoire's Telecommunications/ICT Regulatory Authority).
4. Cookies and audience measurement
This site uses audience-measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand site traffic. A consent banner lets you accept or decline these cookies before any are set.
5. Anti-bot protection (CAPTCHA)
Our public forms (contact, studies/training qualification, chatbot pre-qualification) are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-bot verification service. To work, it processes your IP address and technical signals from your browser; it does not set an advertising tracking cookie. 6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to contact data (leads) is restricted to authorized staff via the admin dashboard, protected by authentication.
7. Retention period
Data for prospects who did not convert is kept for 12 months by default, then deleted. Client data is kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and legal obligations.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. To exercise it, contact us at the address given on our Contact page.
